RETURN POLICY
According to the Consumer Protection Law (Law 2251/1994) you have the right to return the product within ten (10) days from the date of receipt.
You can return the products you have purchased from Vogue nails gr either because you found a defect or because you found damage during transport.
Return Conditions
Defective product: We carry out all necessary checks before shipping each order. However, in the event of a problem, the return must be made within ten (10) calendar days from the date of receipt. In the event of a product return and provided that it is confirmed after the technical inspection that the defect is not due to misuse, the product will be replaced with a new one if it is available or another with the same or superior technical characteristics after consultation with the customer. Cancellation Conditions
Canceling an order before it is shipped: In case you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately by email or by phone at 6944747446 and we will cancel your order without any charge.
An order cannot be canceled even if it has already been shipped.
The return must be made no later than ten (10) calendar days from the date of purchase.
The returned product must be unused, in perfect condition exactly as it was before it was sold, in its complete original packaging (which should not be torn or damaged/altered) and with all the contents of the original packaging.
In order for the return to be accepted, the original proof of purchase (retail receipt, invoice) must also be presented by the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are shown on the proof of purchase. In case the purchase was made with a credit card, the original receipt issued by the bank terminal must be shown.
In this case, the costs of reshipping the products are borne exclusively by the customer.
As long as the conditions are met and the product return is accepted, the consumer is entitled either to receive a credit balance of equal value for the purchase of other product(s) or to receive back the consideration by depositing it in his personal or company bank account. In the event that the purchase was made with a credit, debit or prepaid card, the transaction will be canceled and a corresponding update (credit) will be made to the card, and no cash refund. In the event of repeated returns or in the event that Vogue nails gr, at its sole discretion, considers that the consumer is abusing the right of return or is acting in bad faith, it is entitled to reject the product return request even if the above terms and conditions are met
Return Methods
We receive the product for return from your place with a charge of €1.5 in case of customer error and free of charge if it is a resend of an order due to a defect.
